Returned Data provides capture through numerous electronic file formats, including Excel, Comma Delimited, Tab Delimited and Address Change Service (ACS) files as delivered from the United States Postal Service.
RMS provides Exception Item Processing, otherwise known as White Mail, for those items that are sent to our PO Box in error.We establish different business rules for incoming payments, customer correspondence, miscellaneous shipments and various USPS notices.For payments, RMS can capture both the account number and payment amount and forward, thus notifying customer service of incoming payments so there is no interruption to service.Mail is boxed and shipped to the appropriate customer service center, lockbox or customer location utilizing the customer’s priority shipment account.
Search Once we have the desired input from Capture, we process your data securely through our Level I recovery process, which includes traditional postal databases, such as NCOA 48-month, CASS, LACS and DPV.We then move data to the RMS Change of Address (COA) database, where we source data from hundreds of public and proprietary databases.Unlike traditional data search methods, our data is extensive in reach and is sourced thousands of times daily for the most current search and update process available.Our search platform allows for a comprehensive search of both consumer and business records.
Records are then moved to our Level II recovery process, which is the second proprietary data process that includes Verification. During this last step in the address search process, we programmatically review searches and multiple record results, pinpointing anomalies that are contained in such results.These records are reported as an exact match to the original address. scan all returned mail data against hundreds of databases and provide verification that with a high probability, the addressee does in fact reside at the address. Thus, this proprietary process pinpoints records that are potential postal carrier and delivery errors, and thus avoids the costs and delays associated with internal business processes.Verified accounts should be flagged for future evaluation and possible collection efforts, in the event a UAA mail piece returns a second time.
Verified Review is also part of the Level II recovery process. As an optional process, we will provide manual research per record to identify any inconsistencies associated with full database and search reporting.If customers do not opt for this service, we will provide the file back for customer review and analysis.
Remail utilizes a remail process for those communications that are important and must be resent from our processing and support center. Instead of the communication being destroyed, we insert and mail the original document to the appended address which saves time in the initial customer lifecycle. For those customers utilizing our return address, Rebound documents are those that are returned UAA a second time, and are quickly scanned upon capture and uploaded to our web portal for subsequent action.
Confirm sends a Confirmation Letter directly to the old address on file, as well as new updated address, confirming the address change prior to reissue of the communication.
